The best thing that you can do to boost your copywriting career is to invest in a website. Once you have a site, you can direct prospects there so that they can easily access information about you. On your website, be sure to include:

• A portfolio page
• Assorted writing samples on various subjects
• Job experience
• Links to companies that you have worked for in the past
• Contact information
• A photo (it's a great idea to put a face with your name & work)

If you're a fairly new copywriter and lack experience, don't say too much about experience. Subtlety can be beneficial so use the power of words and be clever and they're likely to focus more on that.
