HOW TO WRITE A LANDING PAGE

There`s more to this subject than I can cover in just one tip. However, here`s a key piece of advice for anyone writing a web site landing page...

Stay focused on a single topic. In other words, don`t try to achieve more than one objective on that page. Stay focused, keep it simple and make sure you drive people towards a single objective. Everything - the headline, images, design, call to action - should all move the reader forward in a single direction, without distractions.

For a lot more information and dozens of before and after examples, you might want to invest in a copy of MarketingSherpa`s report, "Landing Page Handbook - How to Raise Conversions".
